    Responsibilities

    • Core Windows Administrator in data center environment including file servers, active directory, networking, firewalls, configuring security
    • Oversees and directs all aspects of the 24/7/365 mission critical data center and network/telecommunication infrastructure operations; including planning, designing, implementing, deploying, supporting and maintaining functions
    • Serves as the senior-level escalation point for data center operations and infrastructure managers and staff that responds and resolves all infrastructure operational issues
    • Assists in developing policies and procedures for all IT infrastructure operating environments
    • Reports key metrics on data center and network/telecommunication infrastructure operational activity
    • Manages and oversees the maintenance of all assets (both physical and virtual) for the data center, networks, telecommunications and other infrastructure
    • Provides strategic direction for growth with business plans for technology infrastructure operations capacity planning
    • Designs infrastructure technology services to meet business SLAs
    • SCCM experience in automation of Windows Administration
    • Manages Windows environment with Powershell
    • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure with strong background in Azure
    • Performs other related duties as required

    Qualifications

    • 8-10 years experience in Windows Administration
    • Considerable knowledge of network-based systems operations and maintenance, including a good understanding of protocols and tools necessary for effective resolution of maintenance requests and tracking operational processes
    • Knowledge of data center operations and capacity planning
    • Technical skills required to manage MS Windows environments
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong organizational and management skills; ability to efficiently manage a variety of multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, IT or related discipline
    • years experience in data center/WAN/LAN/administration and network operations management
    • Experience in Cloud Administration, nice to have
