  • Overview

    To ensure consistent day to day operations of the ABA service line.

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage a team of 1-8 Client Service Managers (CSMs)Conduct 1 on 1 evaluations and meetings
    2. Report progress and deficits to senior leadership
    3. Coach, mentor and train in specific job duties
    4. Conduct disciplinary meetings as necessary
    5. Conduct orientations for new BCs/BCBAs
    6. Develop relationships with supports coordinators, CMHs, families, pediatricians, advocacy groups, and all relevant referral sources.
    7. Report daily activities to the VP of Autism Services.
    8. Develop tracking systems and check-ins for day to day operations to gain a better understanding of case status and needs.
    9. Report to senior leadership on a weekly basis for all business development activity, personnel, client issues, and special projects.
    10. Minimize case attrition
    11. Analyze trends and patterns for case discharges.
    12. Uphold compliance standards
    13. Review all contracts for requirements and ensure adherence to minimum standards.
    14. Oversee all operational functions for 400-450+ cases.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
    2. Experience in a high pressure, customer facing role.
    3. Proven track record in building positive relationships with clients.
    4. Collaborative personality and able to build strong personal relationships.
    5. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues.
    6. Calm and effective under pressure. Able to remain professional in high stress situations.
    7. Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work.
    8. Embraces change.
    9. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
    10. Able to interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
    11. Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills.
    12. Flexible attitude in accepting unique and non-standard solutions.
    13. Able to train and/or mentor others.
