Unfortunately, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is also projected to grow as 1 in 65 children born will be diagnosed with ASD. Centria is uniquely positioned to be on the forefront of growth in the treatment of ASD and will continue to lead the market in delivery of ABA therapy, the only known treatment for ASD.

     

    The Regional Sales Professional (for Autism Related Services) will educate professionals and families on the benefits of services to children on the autism spectrum. ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy is the only evidence based treatment for autism. Many professionals and families are unaware of this service of their insurance coverage related to it.

    Responsibilities

    1. Make initial contact with all pediatrician, psychologists, developmental psychologists, psychiatrics, and family physicians in geographic territory
    2. Service existing accounts, obtain new referrals and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily schedule of calls and follow up.
    3. Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions and create recommendations for management.
    4. Identify other providers, community groups, advocacy groups, child care centers, educators, parent groups, and others who could make referrals to Centria Healthcare
    5. Use print material and other tools to develop a relationship and referral stream
    6. Maintain regular follow up
    7. Own communication of status on all leads and referrals and report back positive progress in services
    8. Create unique market specific events and communications to promote Centria Healthcare
    9. Minimum performance expectation of 10 referrals per month
    10. Manage 4-5 territories in the greater Boston area.
    11. Perform general office duties to support Centria daily operations
    12. Suggest improvements and changes to processes and policies to improve productivity or customer satisfaction
    13. Maintain industry knowledge to keep skills current and to develop professionally
    14. Comply with Centria & Vision, Mission and Values

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required, preferably in Business or related discipline
    2. 1+ years of outside sales/territory management in a healthcare environment
    3. Experience in successful sales conversations and sales presentations
    4. Attention to detail
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
    6. Highly organized
    7. Excellent time management and high productivity
    8. Leadership ability
    9. Strong, polished communication skills both written and verbal
    10. Customer service skills
    11. Keeping and maintaining timely reports
